MAIL A HARDCOPY OF THIS RELEASE AND ALL OTHER MATERIAL TO ADDRESS BELOW. ANY MUSIC THAT IS NOT ACCOMPANIED BY THIS RELEASE WILL BE IGNORED.
BCNI FM is owned and operated by Jennifer Steele Enterprises operating license 8949-8887 an Ontario Canada Company. All monies listed in this agreement and all hard copies of music should be sent to:

When mailing your CD and information, mark your package as DEMO, and DO NOT PUT A VALUE ON YOUR PACKAGE or your PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED without being opened. Any Duty payments which have to be made by Geeks 2 Go will be charged back to you and your music will not be posted on the bcnifm.com or any other affiliate website.
RELEASE AGREEMENT:
By providing your information, signing this release, and sending your music to bcnifm.com/Geeks 2 Go, you agree to the following:
1. All music provided may be played royalty free by any station of or any affiliates station of bcnifm.com, the broadandcast.com network stations and station affiliates and all BCNI stations and station affiliates. 2. As the copyright holder, you reserve the right to inform us, in writing mailed to the address above, that you no longer wish to have the music promoted by our company. However, that does not obligate us to ensure all station affiliates are no longer promoting your music, nor does it imply the music is no longer royalty free. 3. You understand that we will host ONE song on bcnifm.com and will distribute your music to all station affiliates. To have additional songs hosted in our request listings and distributed to our affiliates please include $1.50 per song via international US money order to Jennifer Steele Enterprises 4. You understand that if you do not supply this signed agreement, and a hardcopy of your music, we will refuse your submission. 5. You understand that if you do not specify which song you would like us to showcase on bcnifm.com that we may choose any song from the music you provide. 6. You grant permission to bcnifm.com to make one backup copy of all music supplied.
